We are now studying planting and insects!
We are just beginning our investigation of insects! We are already learning a ton about different insects!
We also planted spinach seeds outside and are watching it grow!
We are now studying authors in reading!
We just picked an author that we will become experts on with our reading partner. We will be learning about authors like Kevin Henkes, Donald Crews, Eric Carle and Dr. Seuss (to name a few).
And, we are making realistic fiction stories in writing!
We worked on creating a character and problems and solutions for that character. We are really enjoying making stories about our characters and are thinking about craft moves to add to our stories.
